New and with all the possible comforts. I got an upgrade for free in a larger room. Great value for money. Very close to the center (5 minutes by car) and they offer also transfers to the center free of charge.

"Un vero piccolo paradiso! Non potevamo chiedere di meglio per il nostro soggiorno. Dal momento in cui siamo arrivati, ci siamo sentiti avvolti da un'atmosfera di pace e rara cortesia. La qualità è percepibile in ogni dettaglio: la posizione è perfetta per chi cerca il massimo del relax e del silenzio, lontano dal caos ma in una zona strategica. Ma il vero cuore pulsante di questo hotel è lo staff: persone splendide, solari e sempre disponibili. Un ringraziamento di cuore, in particolare, al signor Augusto, che con la sua gentilezza ha reso il nostro soggiorno indimenticabile.
