"Prettig verblijf een aanrader."

De locatie is erg goed. Dichtbij een treinstation en vertrekpunt van de boot naar Monte Isola. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De receptionist nam de tijd om ons advies te geven. We zijn erg tevreden over het personeel. Goed en uitgebreid ontbijt.

De koelkast maakte veel geluid.

"Villa kinzica così cosi"

Struttura accogliente e pulita. Personale gentile e disponibile.

La stanza 40 che ci è stata assegnata è situata sopra le cucine. Pertanto gli sgradevoli odori di cucina salgono verso il balcone finestra che è quindi impossibile tenere aperta durante le ore di servizio. Inoltre viene accesa una rumorosa cappa aspirante ( tipo rumore di elicottero) che dura per tutte le ore del servizio di cucina e rende molto fastidiosa la permanenza nella camera. Il personale ci ha detto che non era possibile effettuare un cambio della camera.
