La posizione, il silenzio E il panorama

La villetta ha grandi potenzialità se mantenuta con qualche accorgimento in più: rubinetteria, mobilio, giardinetto esterno, zanzariere... La culla richiesta per il bimbo emanava un odore a dir poco sgradevole con materasso macchiato e spondine sporche In generale struttura abbastanza pulita se non fosse che i muri erano pieni di ragnatele ragni e zanzare spiaccicate... Insomma dalle foto pare meglio Peccato perché il residence in generale è molto carino

Ottima la posizione vicina a tutte le spiagge e a una manciata di minuti da San Teodoro.

La pulizia della camera è veramente scarsa, bagni con scarichi intasati e muffa a volontà nelle docce, per concludere è stato impossibile dormire per le punture notturne nel letto probabilmente acari o pulci da letto, complesso molto vecchio. Peccato perché se fosse più curato e ristrutturato avrebbe grande potenzialità come residence.

La posizione (vicinissimo alle spiagge più belle della costa, a 15 min di macchina da San Teodoro), la vista mare, la cortesia e disponibilità dello staff

Il residence ha bisogno di una ristrutturazione, basterebbe poco per renderlo davvero bello Non tutto è curato nei dettagli, certi spazi sono un po’ lasciati andare
