DEPersonal selbst war recht freundlich und Hilfsbereich...aber angebotenes Zimmer war enttäuschend
Nicht gefallen hat das Zimmer und das Entgegenkommen der Hotelleitung. Das Hotel entsprach bei weitem nicht den Erwartungen an ein 4 Sterne Hotel mit derart positiven Bewertungen im Internet. Das gebuchte Superior Zimmer war ca. 18 qm groß, kein Stuhl, kein Tisch, keine kl. Flasche Mineralwasser im Zimmer, Bad ohne Becher, trotz Werbung mit Sat-TV kein einziger Sender aus CH, A oder Deutschland. Die Freundlichkeit des Personal kann solche Missstände nicht aufwiegen....enttäuschend für ein 4 Sterne Hotel und zudem für die Vorsaison zu teuer

CHL’accueil sympathique et professionnel. Le charme de l’hôtel et sa situation qui permet d’être proche du bord de mer mais un peu en retrait de la foule et de se retrouver au calme pour y passer une bonne nuit. Tout était parfait.
