Hotel San Matteo

L'Hotel costa poco e complessivamente il rapporto qualità/prezzo è discreta. Però l'Hotel è un pò trascurato, pur essendo pulito. Anche il luogo dove si trova non offre molto.

Abbiamo soggiornato per motivi di lavoro il personale molto disponibile e gentile la cena buona la stanza così così.

Hôtel qui doit revoir certains aménagement Tel que la douche qui est très étroite avec un rideau de douche et non une paroi vitrée. Mais correspond juste au prix.

L'Hotel non rispecchia minimamente quanto si vede dal sito web, la reception è posta in un locale che assomiglia ad un magazzino con oggetti e scartoffie ovunque, definirla reception come scritto all'entrata è un vero eufemismo, gli arredi in camera scarni e datati o mancanti, nella nostra camera il water non era fissato al pavimento ed oscillava pericolosamente, mancava la tenda della doccia e sulla parete si potevano vedere resti di appendini in plastica divelti, il letto e gli asciugamani erano puliti ed il confort del letto buono, la TV era posta in alto lontana e piccolossima un 14". La colazione era passabile anche se disposto tutto alla rinfusa su di un unico tavolo, il tavolino in cui ci siamo accomodati aveva la tovaglia macchiata già dal primo giorno e così la stessa il giorno dopo (la tovaglia era di carta....) il personale praticamente (a parte la cameriera di sala) era invisibile. Il nostro giudizio finale è quindi altamente negativo e non lo consiglieremmo a nessuno, inoltre un 3 stelle non può essere così.

Diano Marina und Cervo sind sehenswert. Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen.

The rooms was bad... but the pool was great!

We did not have a nice time here, we are an easy going family and would not stay here again if it was free!

This hotel is a joke, The pool area is nice but small, the day we were there 4 kids were in the pool and my 6 year old daughter got in to difficulty and the lifeguard didn't even flinch too busy on his phone,I got to her in a panic and luckily everything was fine. Some of the hotel staff are rude, the food is an embarrassment to all Italians!! You have to beg for a coffee or a cold drink outside feeding times!! And did I mention the hotel cat clawed my poor 6 year old in the arm!! Avoid this place! They don't deserve anyone's hard earned money.There are many other hotels in the area!

T'was a dark and stormy night... we had to take a blind guess and find a detour to get to the hotel, as the road was closed by fallen rocks. We did eventually get there, and were well received. The hotel is quaint and old fashioned, but was quite sufficient for our purpose - a stop over on the way across Italy. The buffet breakfast was well intentioned, and fine for me, but might be a bit light for a more demanding clientele! Coffee excellent, of course - this is Italy after all. Would go back.

The staff are friendly and accommodating always happy to help. The evening meal is a must the food was excellent and very reasonably priced. We travelled by motorbike and were offered garage parking a great stop over for any other bikers looking for a stop over.
