Hotel Medusa

The room was excellent with a sea view, cleaned everyday with fresh bedding. Breakfast was Buffett with a wide choice of food available, topped up regularly. You can eat on the terrace, so can see the sea. Or inside. It’s a short walk to the square and the beach is opposite the hotel. The town is a traditional Italian town, so not set up for tourists. Most bars and restaurants only have the menus in Italian. And English isn’t spoken by the majority of people.

The only down side was, mosquitos. Mainly around the bike wash out the back on the ground floor. So take repellent. As long as you keep covered up. You will be fine.

The staff was amazing and very helpful. The hotel is very beautiful and decorated with excellent taste. The balcony of the restaurant is simply gorgeous. The hotel is very well located, and allows you to get everywhere by foot. Accomodations suit every need. I was travelling alone, and felt secure and comfortable.

The jacuzzi wasn't as clean as I expected, and it was surrounded by bikes and bikers, which wasn't relaxing. I found breakfast very limited in non-sugar added options. Although, the variety for non diabetics was amazing.

La posizione centrale nel centro abitato e la vicinanza al mare. Ottima la colazione e la cena. Camera spaziosa e pulita. Il bagno aveva i sanitari praticamente nuovi.
