Clean, large room, fridge & kettle. Lift for upper floors. Location great for restaurants & walking distance to Pompeii ruins. Early check out for airport so can’t comment on breakfast

Would have liked complementary water in room. Not the hotels fault but the train station very close to the hotel is not the one on the main Sorrento-Naples line. We didn’t realise & had a long walk with our luggage

Staff were extremely helpful and kind. With perfect location to both the Archaeological site and wonderful restaurants, cafes etc near by in the town. The bed was extremely comfortable with a fantastic shower in the room. Lovely balcony to relax on. The room was immaculately cleaned. We wiill definitely be coming back here again.

Can't fault the hotel or its staff.
