Страхотна локация, близко до Метро и до забележителности и до търговската част Gran Via, всеки ден смянаха кърпи и чистеха сатите.

Матраците бяха леко неудобни и най - големия минус и парадокс, чистеха всеки ден стаите, но не знам защо единия ден камериерката беше решила, че една голяма торба за многократна употреба от Лидл, в която имаше единствено една сгъната хартиена торбичка от pop up магазина на Linkin Park и беше взела торбите и ги изхвърлила... Исках да запазя торбичката от Linkin Park за сувенир, но уви... Благодаря все пак за съдействието от момичето на рецепция, която провери случая.

El hotel está bien ubicado, a 10’ a pie de la estación de tren Atocha y a 15’ de Sol. Las instalaciones están muy bien conservadas ya que el hotel es relativamente nuevo.

Nos hospedamos en la habitación 116, el baño tenía una bañera muy alta sin baranda para sujetar ni antideslizante. Me pareció un tanto peligroso.

Excellent hotel in every aspect. Great location, comfortable and clean rooms, delicious breakfast, and very friendly staff. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Madrid.

"A comfortable small hotel within walking distance to museums and nearby plaza with choices for outdoor drinks and food."

The location was very good between the Prado and Plaza Mayor. The staff was helpful and friendly. The buffet breakfast was quite adequate. The bed was very comfortable.

The room was very ordinary. There was no tissue. The bathroom door latch was broken.
