All the staff were fantastic. The reception staff were so friendly and helpful. We needed late check out due to a medical issue. They sorted everything out and made a stressful situation easier. Thank you to all who helped us. The cafeteria staff were lovely. So friendly. The pool staff were great too. The hotel and room were really clean. The cleaning staff worked hard and always smiled and greeted us. All the staff deserve a huge thank you. The management should be proud of you. 5 *****

Desayuno muy variado, con opciones sanas, golosas, gastronomia local... Todo perfectamente ordenado y repuesto al instante. Zumo y café, muy buenos. Ubicación perfecta. El parque, una maravilla. El baño muy bien surtido con champú, gel y demás de buena calidad.

Eché de menos un difusor para usar con el secador de pelo. El edredón, demasiado grueso para usar en verano.

Emplacement idéal pour visiter Santa Cruz. Personnel sympathique, chambre confortable, petit déjeuner copieux , super séjour.

Attention si vous êtes en voiture, il est quasiment impossible de se garer , l’hôtel propose un parking à 10 euros par jour que je recommande.
