For invoice purposes, guests should include their invoicing details (name, address and VAT number) in the Special Requests box when booking. This invoice cannot be changed, once it is issued. Please note that extra beds are available upon request. Breakfast service has a set menu, but other items may be available. Guests wishing for other dishes or on a specific diet should contact the property directly for availability and extra costs (if applicable). Please note that the property will be under renovation works until further notice. Works will be done on a floor-by-floor basis and will renovate the hotel's flooring and rooms. Please note that some noise may be heard in some rooms. Please note that the credit card used to make the reservation must be presented upon check-in. Please note that rooms are randomly assigned, based on availability at the time of booking. However, we will do our best to accommodate bed preferences. Regarding the elevator, please note that some of our rooms, especially those with the most scenic views, are located on the 5th floor. The elevator reaches the 4th floor, so a short flight of stairs is required to access these rooms. We appreciate your understanding and are happy to assist with any special requests to make your stay as comfortable as possible.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
