Room was clean and location was centrally located. Staff was generally helpful and gave good advice on restaurants though was less knowledgable about navigating in and out of the city.

Very nice hotel, great location. Room was large and nicely furnished, with a large bathroom and tub as well as shower. Hotel staff were super- friendly and very helpful. We loved Arles, and hope to return one day. Would stay here again.

Great location but bad breakfast service! If you want something to eat you better come early for they do not replenish.

Beautiful renovated hotel, with antique feel, elevator, very clean. One of the best breakfast we ever had in Europe, great value for EUR 10. Extremely helpful staff, they lent us an outlet adapter for the whole stay with no extra charge. Highly recommended. Thank you Du Forum!

We would stay here again if in Arles. It was exactly what we had expected...tiny, basic room, but a wonderful location and the staff was the best.

Warm, inviting, jazzy lobby for billiards, drinks, listening to beautiful music under the glow of sunshine through colorful stained glass reflections. A pool that feels like your in a luxurious Istanbul bath, a front door receptionist that greets you always with a smile. Toiletries could be much better. Bedspread could be fresher. Pillows are awesome. Bathroom is wonderful and expansive. View is cool, but could be a little loud due to the echo of people talking loudly on phones as they walk below. Very difficult to drive to. Beautiful interior. Quaint and cute furnishings. Loved it.

We stayed 4 days at the Du Forum using it as a home base for exploring the south of France by car. Entering and leaving Arles by car is a huge minus because the roads are very very small and even a seasoned French driver can get in trouble because the maps and one way streets change with regularity. If we had been staying at the Du Forum just for walking access to the sights in Arles we would have had a better time. The hotel itself is in a prime location, the building and rooms were out dated and very worn, an easy fix would be mattresses that are from this century. The pool was a nice touch, very cool on a hot afternoon, the deck chairs hurt like nobody's business. The staff, a family run affair were very nice and helpful most of the time, I would like to give them a glowing review, the older woman who owned the place even loaned us her personal seat cushions to take to the theater. The only down side to the staff was occasional cultural friction, we asked the front desk lady to book us dinner which she did with no problem, when we went to the restaurant they just ignored us, after waiting 15 min we just walked away. About 20 min later we get a call from the front desk woman who yelled at me and said I was very rude for walking away and not informing the waiter we were not going to eat. Needless to say I was furious, we made a reservation, which was not honored, and then I am rude? Unfortunately that was our last night in Arles and left a really bad taste in my mouth about the staff. I would recommend for people from France or anyone who speaks French, if you don't I would look elsewhere.

My husband, son, and I just spent 1 night there when passing through Arles -- great location on piazza, large comfortable rooms, even a swimming pool! And when we were late for breakfast, they were kind enough to let us eat anyway. Overall a wonderful stay!

Staff were very friendly, parked our car, gave us local tips etc. The bar was a bit quiet, and didn't get chance to use the pool but all in all very good!
