B&B Hotel Roy

We stayed with our tour group.reception were so helpful and smiling, specially David who is working reception.Also has clean rooms. A little far from Venice but easy transportation. you can go to Treviso by bus number 3, which bus station is 5 minutes from the hotel. And you can go to Venice with train only 30 min.

We stayed with our tour group. 2 women in reception were so helpful and smiling. It is far from Venice center however so easy to reach train station. Breakfast is good for 4 star hotels in Italy. Room was clean. The area is quite and nice

It has good location but it's hard to find it. The breakfast was simple but good. Custer service was very friendly. Their English was ok, not very strong so they might have hard time communicating. Very fair price.

We stayed at the property for a night. It's a small family run hotel. The rooms are descent in size & staff is friendly. The girl at reception was very friendly. Initial experience was bad as the room given was full of stink. They were not able to give any other room. They offered a room freshner & since it was late in the evening, we settled down in the room. Stink eventually faded away but experience was spoiled. The location is in quite area & there's a supermarket & couple of eating options at 15 mins walk. The hotel has one restaurant which acts as take away for local people as well. Food was nice & being a vegetarian, I managed to get good pizza. Most of the staff was hard at English except for one of the girls, which seemed like related to family. Food quality & variety was also good at breakfast buffet. Except for room & food, didn't explored the hotel much. They have one coffee/beverage machine near reception which was Very good. It's a good stop over hotel. Travelers with young kids, avoid TV or monitor the channels. (Wifi speed is terrible)

The owner is a very friendly person. The hotel is clean, has big bathrooms and decent rooms. Breakfast was okay too. Its a little far from venice but its okay. Theres a restaurant right underthe hotel, and there are shopping areas very close to hotel. Its very easy to get to city center and take a train to venice and back. The taxi from venice to hotel costed 78 euros. Train costs 6 eur incl. the bus ride to the station. The only problem i had was our room felt a little cold at night.

Its a good family run hotel with a very good restaurant for sea food. based in a small town of Silia, is easily accessible to/from Venice. however keep in mind this is Venice and Taxis are extremely expensive here...

I have stayed in this hotel twice in last 3 years. Rooms are really cozy. Smoking area is outside the hotel. So, it is a bit odd for the regular smokers. The hotel is really in a nice location. Truly speaking it was a nice experience.

Hotel was clean and tidy.Staff were pleasant.Breakfast was OK . The problems start when you go sight seeing. When I booked the hotel, the internet description was 1.5 kilometers to town. In reality it was more like 4-5 miles.There is a bus stop very close to the hotel which provides a service every hour, be advised though that the bus stops running at 21;00. There after you are at the mercy of the taxi cabs (if you can find one!).My advice to find one is head for the bus station,that seems to be the favourite haunt.You will be very lucky to flag one down!. We had a great time in Treviso and Venice (35 mins on the train 5 euros return ticket) ,and would certainly go back, but next time I would pick a hotel within 1.5 k!!!.
