Excellent location. Accommodations better than most places I’ve been to in the area. Will be back. Clean well thought out rooms. Breakfast was better than anything I have had in the area. Staff very professional and very knowledgeable and friendly. Such a gem. I was fortunate to have found this place.

Nothing, except I couldn’t fully appreciate breakfast. We had to get to the airport.

We stayed at Hotel La Scaletta for 1 night before our flight home. It's location across from the beach in Lido di Ostia was so convenient. The hotel staff was delightful and helpful. The room was very clean and breakfast was very nice. We would love to stay there again.

We found nothing that we didn't like.

"Great place across from the beach."

The hotel was clean and efficient. The bed was comfortable, the A/C was cold and the water pressure with hot water was good. The staff went out of their way to make us comfortable. We took a shuttle to the airport the next morning. If you're needing a place to stay for a night or two it's perfect. The hotel is located cross the street from the beach with restaurants within walking distance.

The room is small but comfortable.

"Would highly recommend"

Location was great. Opposite the beach & plenty of restaurant options beachside & in the plaza just a few minutes walk from the hotel. Stefano at reception was very helpful & informative. Room was small but adequate & had a large waterview balcony. Room was very clean. Option to buy breakfast but we didn't use it. Approx 10 mins walk to the nearest metro station into Rome for Euro 1.50 each way. We paid Euro 13 each for the airport shuttle which came exactly at 6am as requested & took approx 25 mins to FCO airport & dropped us off at the correct terminal. Overall we would happily recommend a stay at Hotel La Scaletta.
