Hotel Dolomites Inn

Bardzo przyjemny pobyt w Dolomites Inn. Hotel oferuje komfortowe pokoje, miłą atmosferę oraz piękne widoki na okoliczne góry. Obsługa jest życzliwa i pomocna, a lokalizacja świetnie nadaje się zwiedzania Dolomitów.

Breakfast was good. Location a little bit away from town but it's quiet and nice close to nature.

Nothing worth mentioning.

Where do I begin. We came on 2 motorbikes, parked in a clear space not blocking anything or anyone in. I went in to check in, which took ages. Then, once I went to the room they gave me, it looked nothing like the one I had booked, it was much smaller and horrible and not worth the money I paid for it. I came back down and mentioned that to the "Manager" (this guy loves telling you he is the manager every opportunity he gets even when it is irrelevant). Then he pretended that there is a problem with the system (I read the reviews after all this and turns out it isn't the first time he has done this) and finally proceeded to give us the correct room. Then, at around 9:45 pm, I heard some noises of some motorbikes being moved and I wondered which biker is messing with their bikes at this hour. I looked down from our 3rd floor balcony and the "Manager" and another member of staff were moving customer's motorbikes without their permission. Our motorbikes had disc locks on them, any kind of movement would damage the brake disc. The "Manager" proceeded to touch my motorbike trying to move it, and so I screamed to make him stop, and he screamed back saying "It's okay, I am the manager". This whilst he still had his hands on my bike and was trying to move it. I kept screaming asking him to stop which he wouldn’t, my partner woke up and shouted too, and he finally stopped. We ran downstairs and he just couldn't understand why you cannot move a bike with the disc lock on!!! He wouldn't listen. Oh my goodness, if you have high blood pressure, absolutely DO NOT stay in this hotel. It is a horrible experience. We have travelled all over and this is the worst experience ever. And please DO NOT just take the small horrible room that doesn't match the pictures if you have booked a better one. These people are not good people and not trying to provide a good experience, they just want your money.
