Took my two adult children and their spouses to the Amalfi Coast to celebrate a "milestone" birthday. I chose the Hotel Belvedere from its description and location described in a guide book, and the Hotel's Manager Antonio Barbaro provided almost instant responses to all of my questions and requests as we planned our trip. From offering car service options from Naples, to restaurant recommendations and the ability to reserve several different types of private boat trips, our itinerary was well organized months before our vacation. Upon arrival the beginning of July, Francesco and the rest of the on-site Hotel Belvedere team provided outstanding customer service throughout our stay to ensure an unforgettable vacation. The terraced rooms with breathtaking views were comfortably decorated; dinner at the Hotel offered excellent local fare, and the private day trip along the coast to Capri and back was clearly one of the highlights of our stay. The recommendation for the Chef's tasting menu at the nearby Ristorante da Ciccio Cielo Mare e Terra provided an unforgettable seven course feast, and dinner at the local La Piazza Da Nino provided delicious pizzas. Spending time at the Belvedere's pool further complimented our relaxing stay. The price paid for our Hotel Belvedere vacation was very reasonable especially given the customer service provided by all of the Hotel staff members. Booking directly with the Hotel can further enhance the overall value of a vacation at the Hotel Belvedere.

Das Hotel, die Lage, Parkplatz vor der Tür - es war alles perfekt. Die Aussicht, die Sonnenaufgänge....Bushaltestelle direkt vor dem Hotel, privater Transfer von Hotel kann auch gebucht werden, funktioniert wunderbar. Besonders möchten wir noch hervorheben, dass das Personal und der Service außerordentlich freundlich und zuvorkommend sind. Herzlichen Dank für Ihre Gastfreundschaft - wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und unseren kurzen Aufenthalt genossen. Das Hotel empfehlen wir zu 100% und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

What an amazing hotel experience! High up on the cliffs overlooking the sea. Fabulous all round. No mobility issues experienced - lifts and helping hands everywhere. Delightful colourful and authentic well equipped sea view room diligently cleaned every day with fresh bed linen/towels by lovely housekeeping staff. Tremendous choice breakfast out on the terrace overlooking the sea. Intimate sea view dining room where your room number is your table number for your entire stay. Friendly seating arrangement to allow conversation with other guests nearby. Maitre D Pepe (aka Giuseppe) holds the fort (team) in military precision with his own unique Italian twist. Lovely 3 course menu with 4 choices per course - delicious well presented food. The top bar area overlooks the sea with terrace and inside seating and is very friendly - nothing is too much trouble for any member of staff here. The pool area offers comfortable sun beds with built in sun shades, well spaced either side of the biggest pool on the Amalfi Coast. Well attended by lifeguard and very attentive pool staff, with small on site cafe for lite bites/drinks, served quickly always with a smile. Sheer joy spending days poolside and the fact this is a small family run hotel with just 36 rooms means that everyone speaks to eachother. We met some lovely people. Shout out to Chris & Terry, Jill & Justin, Sue & Lindsay and Sue & Ian if you get to read this - thanks for your very enjoyable company. Everyone at this hotel went all out to make it so enjoyable that it felt as if we were on one big family holiday. Just back a week and we have already recommended to family and friends. 第二天早上起来，发现有很多蚂蚁，只能说酒店生态环境太好了（我们没有在房间吃任何东西）

Located 15-20 mins outside Analfi, you either take a busy bus into town or hotel offer a shuttle service - this is 3 times more expensive than the bus and only drops off, would have hoped it could offer pick ups too. Property has a great pool and is right on cliff edge with fab views. It is traditionally decorated / lined by king tired and staff have a very formal approach - many are friendly but did meet a few with a poor / rude attitude. Breakfast was basic - really not sure why all fruit couldn’t be fresh rather than tinned, pastries weren’t as tasty as previous hotel we stayed in on the coast. Many older people - a few had been coming back for several years - whilst loyalty needs recognising we found certain people were treated better than others - staff reserving sinners and tables in restaurant for example - hotel should adopt a more consistent and fair approach and treat all customers well. Think faulty towers.

Everything about this hotel is 100% Staff are amazing, views are stunning, great quiet location and the most charming hotel. Loved the pool with beautiful views and the pool staff are the best, serving is drinks and food as and when you want it.
