Venice Hotel San Giuliano

Great hotel, good location. Only the wifi is not working correctly in the rooms. However stay was so confortable

one small fridge is required.

チェックインが遅くなってしまったがとても親切に対応してくれた。ブレックファーストも美味しくて、ホテルの場所も動きやすくて便利でした。

Very small place. Very small cramped rooms. Our room was actually labelled "computer room", so I would think that they had converted it for more rentable rooms recently. The a/c unit really didn't work. There were no pillow cases on the stained pillows. Had to ask for new pillows with cases. Beds were uncomfortable and the floors were very very slippery in the bathrooms. Took forever to get hot water. Noisy rooms. You can hear everything in next room and down the hallway. Breakfast was served in the basement...in a small room with poor selection of items and very overwhelmed staff. The "bar" was in the in lobby which was a counter with two seats and some limited alcohol available.

Polite and helpful staff. Good selection of European breakfast options. Adequate room size (family of four sharing). We’d happily stay again.

Shower needs to be fixed

With me being with an Italian person they conversed with her instead of myself, which is actually rude. They should converse with the person who actually made the booking which is myself, irrespective if the Italian person with me started talking. It should be noted for future use for international customers who arrive in the country.
