Todo el personal fue muy amable y atento. Ubicación muy céntrica. Cuarto y baño privado. Te arreglan la habitación una vez al día. Silencioso y con persianas.

WiFi puede mejorar. Una pequeña heladera en la habitación me habría sido muy útil. Estuvo todo bien.

"Un hotelito super lindo en el corazón de Madrid"

El Hostal San Lorenzo está super bien ubicado, a 1/2 cuadra de la Gran Vía, punto estratégico para hacer turismo caminando. Las habitaciones no son muy grandes pero cuentan con todo lo necesario, es más pedimos prestada la plancha y con gusto nos la dieron. El hotel cuenta con ascensor y la recepción está el Piso 1. Tienen personal en recepción que hablan varios idiomas y están disponibles las 24 horas del día. Tiene guardianía de maletas, y si necesitan balanza te la prestan para ver los kilos de ellas. También brindan servicio de desayuno. Algo muy importante, puedes llegar a realizar el check-in a cualquier hora y ellos te guardan la maleta hasta que tu habitación este disponible, así ganas tiempo paseando por la ciudad.

La habitación que nos tocó no era muy grande pero contaba con todo lo necesario.

El aire acondicionado, al estar controlado desde recepción, no puedes regularlo según tus necesidades, debes llamar para que te modifiquen la temperatura.
