Ubicación excelente. Personal amable. Camas cómodas

El agua se salía de la ducha. La puerta se tenía que cerrar con llave por dentro. El ascensor tenía muy mal olor desagradable y paraba en el lobby siempre.

La struttura si trova in una zona strategica della Gran Via ben collegata ai mezzi di trasporto e vicina a diverse attrazioni. La camera è pulita e funzionale.

Lo staff non è stato molto accogliente. Ho segnalato che nella mia stanza c’era un forte odore di fumo e non mi è stata proposta nessuna soluzione (cambio stanza/sconto), anzi mi è stato detto più o meno velatamente che me lo sono immaginata. La colazione è limitata e conviene se inclusa nel prezzo della stanza, in alternativa ci sono diversi locali in vicinanza che offrono ottime alternative.
