"propreté impeccable, emplacement idéal et personnel exceptionnel"

Franchement, tout était parfait. La propreté est irréprochable, la chambre est impeccable et très bien entretenues. L’emplacement est un énorme point fort : l’hôtel est idéalement situé Gran Via, proche de tout (restaurants, commerces, transports), ce qui facilite énormément le séjour sans avoir besoin de trop se déplacer. Mais le vrai plus reste le personnel : un service tout simplement au top du top ! Accueil chaleureux, disponibilité, sourire et professionnalisme… on se sent vraiment bien pris en charge du début à la fin. Je recommande à 100 % et je reviendrai sans hésiter !
