"Overall, it’s really not a good stay as I felt my family was not safe!"

We were near to the places we visited.

VERY IMPORTANT…NO FIRE EXIT so it was very unsafe for visitors that wanted a good holiday! You cannot sleep properly thinking of your safety while we were sleeping!!! No elevator!!! No telephone to contact reception!!! Air conditioning not working properly!!! Not a good value for what we’ve paid for!!!

La chica de recepción súper simpaticas

Cero comodidad. Y las chicas de la limpieza hacen demasiado ruido desde las 8 de la mañana y entre ellas hablan altísimo. Si vas en plan descansar no te lo recomiendo

La situación que tiene que es muy buena.

Que en su página y al confirmar la reserva, dicen que tienen convenio con el parking de Santa Ana, y al ir a pagar los dos dias de parking, me.cobran la totalidad de la tarifa, y no los 27 euros diarios que indicaban. Aún estoy esperando contestación a la reclamación que les hice.
