Hotel Blu di Te

What a special find this place is! Tucked away (almost hidden) on a quiet street, but so close to everything. We had no car and walked everywhere during our 3 day stay. The lobby is gorgeous and you will fall in love with the super friendly staff. I can hardly wait to go back!

Exceptional service; the venue is incomparable

This little hotel was my favorite on our trip. It's tiny, but that's Europe, and part of what makes it beautiful. They have created amazing design features with their refurbished spaces. The whole place has had a lot of love and effort put into it. Julia and the rest of the staff were hands down, the kindest hotel staff that we've every experienced in any country. Everyone talks about their breakfast buffet, and I believe that it is justified praise. We were in awe. It's beautiful and quaint. Pros: Beautiful spaces, warm friendly staff, Amazing breakfast, clean Cons: Tiny bedroom (but we still loved it) I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again

Five night stay in June at this very centrally located boutique hotel, with super helpful charming staff. First impressions of our (expensive) junior suite were underwhelming, with a rather dull, minimally furnished average sized double room with a tiny decorative, rather than useable balcony, and a small bathroom with walk in shower. However the bed and linens were good, the aircon effective, shower worked well, and the room was quiet. Staff could not have been more helpful, and the comprehensive continental breakfast buffet was exceptional. The open plan living room/dining area was very stylish and a comfortable space to spend time with quality somewhat quirky furnishings. The feel is upmarket designer, which is why we felt our room was something of a let down, cheaply done by comparison. With a little more investment in room design/furnishings this hotel would be exceptional, as they do many things right!

Amazing stay, amazing boutique hotel! One of our favorite hotels anywhere in the world. Small, only 20 rooms, and you feel like you are in the home of the founders of Anthropogie. Impeccable. Also are amazed by Santa Margherita Ligure - what an incredible town. Came to see Portofino, but Santa Margherita is much better - clean, beautiful, friendly people. We booked the half day boat trip of the area with the hotel’s vintage boat - also incredible. Our hosts Enzo & Cinzia (co-owners), Matteo, Giulia were incredibly gracious - Mille grazie. We will definitely be back!

Superb in every way

The lobby is beautiful. The staff is as nice as could be. A great location right in the heart of the town. Highly recommended.

We had an amazing stay! The staff is so friendly and go out of their way to help out. The included breakfast is excellent (fresh fruit, croissants, bread, eggs, meats and cheeses. Fresh juice and made to order coffee) The living area downstairs in the lobby is very comfortable and a great place to hang out. The hotel is new and very well designed. We traveled with an 18 month old and 73 year old, we all loved it!

Very friendly staff who spoke excellent English - also a nice breakfast buffet. Parking (about a block away) was an issue, but is with many hotels in Italy. The room and bathroom was small, but clean and cozy. We would certainly stay there again!
