AgriHotel Villa Ambra

We had an extremely pleasant stay at Villa Ambra. It’s location just 4km outside of Montepulciano was ideal and allowed us to travel to the town and wander very easily. Breakfast was plentiful with local delicacies and both our room and the communal areas of the hotel were clean and comfortable. The swimming pool was excellent and, even at the height of summer, there were relatively few people using it at any one time. Above all, however, the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, encouraging us to use Italian when we could, but also fully fluent in English as needed. We would definitely recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in Tuscany.

Nice and quiet property. Has its own bar and restaurant service. Need a car to negotiate move from the hotel. Only thing I didn't like for the price was the room size.

Excellent staff and comfortable rooms. Lovely meals and a wide choice of excellent lical wines.

Awesome stay

Absolutely fantastic. Very close to Montepulciano which is an amazingly well preserved Tuscan hill town with incredible art and architecture. The underground tour at Ercolano winery is an experience that will create lifelong memories. Viila Ambra itself has beautiful grounds and a very well-maintained pool. The 2 BR apartments are quite large with balconies running the length of the units and overlooking lush forested grounds. The restaurant on the grounds is fantastic -- we ate there 3 of the 5 night we spent there. The service is extremely friendly -- make you feel like family.

La struttura dell hotel è molto datata e anche gli esterni non sono valorizzati. L area bar e ristorante al contrario sono molto carini. Il menu della mezza pensione è fisso, non da alternative tra cui scegliere. La camera definita superior vista parco vedeva su un angolo dell’edificio e sui condotti dell’aria.

Struttura pulita, graziosa, personale insofferente, colazione accettabile.
