Lovely staff, beautiful entrance, great location.

Difficult to access room with suitcase. Thankfully the lovely man at reception helped me but I needed to get my suitcase back down ok departure which was tricky.

El personal de recepción. Y que no tenga ascensor y casi tienes que pedir perdón si te sube la maleta el botones y nadie te ayuda a bajarla.

Camas cómodas, gente amable, desayuno bueno, el hotel es precioso, el edificio antiguo muy bien organizado y en pleno centro.

Nada. Aunque el mínimo inconveniente era que no tenía ascensor, pero nos llevaron las maletas hasta la puerta de la habitación.
