Hotel Born

The architecture of the hotel, the garden for breakfast,..the rooms..excellent cleanness, beds,chairs and the nice coffeemaker. The big breakfast bag to take away and the organisation for the taxi for our early flight! Thank you again,that was great! Receptionist helpful with luggage to!

The receiving: hard to find the hotel after a long journey and the receptionist says like its normal../ no signs indicating at the mainestreet!!! Even the neighbors a tapas restaurant didn't know the hotel?! The fact,that there is no elevator!!! 3th floor.. Having to switch to a other room and paying extra money,..premium to the 1st floor! But noisy in the backside. The receptionist communication skills!!!!! The impossibility to make me feel unwelcomed,for a hotel i was sooo looking forward to. I worked as a receptionist myself and i know the hotelerie! So over all i have to say the complete staff at the reception was not really professional. Also to reimburse the money after a case of fire in the night they were unavailable to understand that i didn't sleep in the more expensive room and i had to switch to un other lower priced one! I have to contact the boss for that matter! Really sorry for having experienced that wonderful hotel born in that way! Hopefully betterment is on the way for the future guests!

Excellent breakfast, good selection.

Historisches Gebäude in absolut zentraler Altstadtlage. Sehr leckeres Frühstück, welches auch im ruhigen Innenhof eingenommen werden kann. Der frisch gepresste Orangensaft war der Hammer!

Es war nicht gerade prickelnd, das Gepäck in die dritte Etage zu schleppen. Einen Aufzug gibt es nämlich nicht... Aber man achtet bei der Buchung eben nicht auf alles und es war machbar.
