It’s a very beautiful place; the room was excellent and well equipped. The staff were very attentive and accommodating, aiding early arrival and departure. The property is in a very traditional style and the setting is stunning. Right at the heart of the old town. Highly recommended

The courtyard bar wasn’t open during our stay but this was minor.

La cour de l’hôtel est très jolie et très agréable pour le petit déjeuner. L’emplacement est un réel plus pour visiter Palma .

Si je devais dire un point négatif ça serai l insonorisation des chambres mais vraiment pour dire quelque chose

"Good value and perfect for just sleeping in but not hanging out"

Location was perfect but very inaccessible by car to bring suitcases. The hotel was a beautiful building but the flooring was awful, I liked the simplicity of the decor but the black furnishings in the courtyard did not go with the hotel.

Good location, clean property

I had tried to book 2 twin beds, which I thought I did but we were given a double bed which is very tight with myself and my 6ft husband
