Firstly our room had terrible smell from the toilet/drains. We were told that someone will come and check this and after 3 hours of waiting we called reception they have give us another room. Be aware there is very salty water in the tubs. You need bottles of water to brush the teeth. No tea/coffee/water/kettle in the room… We had to pay extra for pool towels + deposit €10 each. This is also applied is you want to use an iron, kettle or any other items which should be provided in 4* hotel for free to guests. A guy at the reception Francisco - extremely rude. I have asked where we can find a charging station for car and he wasn’t any helpful (he mention to me it’s not his problem) I told him If he can ask another colleague at the reception and the other guy explained me few closest points. Half board doesn’t include soft drinks which was another issue. This should be included - especially from the dispensers. At the 4* hotels I have never experienced anything like that… Overall we have paid over €800 for 3 nights stay and we will not be back!!! I would not rate this hotel for 4*. Maximum would be weak 3*.

Assenza di ascensore per le camere superiori, poca pulizia della camera. Colazione con poca scelta di dolci. Molto di più il salato.

Las piscinas. El aire acondicionado de la habitación. El buffet. El balcon. La habitacion.

El calor en el comedor y en el hall del hotel. La ducha que se acumulaba agua que se salia de la ducha. El agua salada del grifo.

Es para guiris, la comida acaba muy pronto y la cena ya ni de broma!! Acaba a las nueve! Impresionante que pase en España
