Le manque d’accueil et d’amabilité du personnel. Hôtel principalement pour clients allemands, la 1iere langue parlée est l’allemand avant l’espagnol). Il y a une mauvaise odeur constante dans la chambre (vieux bâtiment? Odeur cigarette froide?…). Pour seulement une demi-pension sans boisson, le prix est assez élevé.

We liked everything, especially the personnel, the location, the view, the facilities, the peace, and the atmosphere. We arrived at night, around 10:00 pm, and we were greeted with a glass of Cava while on the terrace there was a party atmosphere with live music and people dancing. After check-in, which went pretty smoothly, we asked if the restaurant kitchen would still be open, which was not, as we didn't get a chance to have dinner (our plane landed pretty late and we had to drive for 1h). The receptionist offered us to enjoy the dinner buffet at the restaurant as it was still open, which really impressed us as we were tired and hungry. The hotel offers every morning yoga classes at 8 am and stretching/acqua gym at 11:00. Such a brilliant idea! The view of the room was just perfect - a little bit of sea, and a little bit of forest. The next day was my birthday and the hotel sent me a small gift with a lovely card. ❤️ Moreover, at breakfast, being Sunday, there was live piano music and we enjoyed our breakfast listening to an amazing music 🎶 coming from the piano. I couldn't have asked more than this - enjoying our breakfast on the superb terrace with the superb piano music in the background. Breakfast food was diverse, and adapted for every taste with a new topic everyday: one day waffles, the next day smoothies and so on. The outside pool has salty water and is just so amazing to enjoy it and swim in it. The sauna was one of the hottest I've ever tried. The lounges on the terrace coupled with the view and the atmosphere were so relaxing. This was a really relaxing and lovely vacation for us and we'll surely be back! ❤️

There's nothing we didn't like, except the fact we would have liked our vacation to be longer. :)

Die Lage des Hotels ist absolut top, ein Auto ist jedoch empfehlenswert. Ein großes Lob geht an das sehr zuvorkommende Personal. Auch die Sauberkeit im gesamten Hotel war gut. Zur Ausstattung gehört unter anderem ein Salzwasserpool wie ein Einstieg ins Meer. Kritikpunkte gibt es beim Frühstück und den Zimmern: Die Frühstücksauswahl ist zwar groß, aber die Qualität der Produkte hat uns enttäuscht – da bietet Mallorca in dieser Hotelklasse besseres. Zudem sind die Zimmer extrem hellhörig, sodass man die Nachbarn stark hört. Trotzdem hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt und würden definitiv wiederkommen!
