La piscina , las animadoras muy por su labor y simpáticas a y el animador ,los camareros muy amables la comida estuvo bien cada noche una temática diferente,,,

El jefe de recepción, nos dio una habitación que no era la que había pagado o eso parecía en las fotos tenía que ver la piscina y estaba con vistas a la carretera,me dijo que el precio era igual que la normal, yo había pedido una standar, no estuvo mucho por la labor a diferencia de otros hoteles de globales que he estado todos muy amables,,,,los precios son diferentes de una habitación a la otra, a en la piscina hay que soportar dos musicas la del local perfecto y la del grupo de turno que va consu altavoz y su música a tope y nadie les llama la atención, cuando mucha gente IVA con sus auriculares una pena,,,te quejas y les da igual,,,

Greeted by a friendly receptionist and we paid the €15 per room to check in early which we all thought was well worth it. Would have spent more if we went out for lunch and drinks. Excellent location and a nice walk to the sea front. We travelled as a group of 11, all female we all felt very safe in the area. Hotel rooms were clean and adequate with a nice walk in shower. Our air conditioning worked perfectly. Pool area lovely with no sun bed wars and nice to have no slip tiles. We didn’t take part in any of the daytime activities but did watch the water polo which was very competitive. I liked the tokens in exchange for the plastic cups as it meant there wasn’t loads of cups just left around the pool area. Snack bar was good and the pizzas were fresh and tasty. Drinks- hit and miss sometimes the cocktails tasted nice other times not so nice. Its a shame that soft drinks are not self serve as this would reduce the queues at times Food in restaurant was a great selection although could be a hotter but there was a microwave to heat things up. Evening entertainment we didn’t really watch but the bar area was really busy with usually only 2 staff on at time. Overall a great weekend and we would visit again

Came here for 3 nights with my two daughters for one's 30th Birthday . Great hotel, lovely rooms, very friendly staff , loads of sunbeds and lovely hot variety of food . Three things firstly I asked at reception as aircon was blowing out hot air apparently it was one,system that doesn't get changed till May to aircon even though it was 18 degrees outside at night so room was far too hot at night , secondly I think €11.50 a night for a safe was daylight robbery it's usually free or about €3 a night felt totally ripped off and lastly I specially requested it was my daughters birthday but nothing was done was very disappointing . Had a great stay but probably wouldn't return mainly due to the safe price being so high no need to charge,so much 😘

Awful hotel, arrived at 13.15 and advised by a very rude receptionist who advised that although the room was ready the check in wasn't until 14.00 and if we wanted to check in early it would cost fifteen euros per person to check in early. We said no and asked if we could go for lunch as we had paid for all inclusive and she advised no not unless we paid for the early check in. The safe cost fifty one euros and you get 10 back when checking out. You are limited to two tokens per person to get the awful drinks included in the all inclusive which entitals you to two drinks and when you have finished them you have to return the empty plastic cups and get another one or two drinks or get the tokens back. The food was OK but constantly cold with no microwave to warm it up. I won't be returning to this hotel.

Tres bel hotel, propre et situé a 5 min de la plage et de l'arret de bus. Chambre propre, assez classique, bonne literie. Vu mer pour nous, dans un etage superieure avec une belle vue. Les repas (all inclusive) tres bien, varié, la nourriture etait bonne. Chaque jour au soir des themes differentes (regional, seafood, mexicaine, asiatique, etc). Le petit dej salé a l'anglaise et sucré. Pour le midi et le soir toujours 1-2 poissons differents, de la viande en sauce et a la plancha, plusieurs sortes de legumes, frites, paella, ainsi que un coin pates tout les jours avec plusieures sauces et des pizzas. en desserts des gateaux, cakes ou verrines (bon, pas non plus ouf, comme dans tous les hotels) et des fruits variés. A midi le bar aussi a la piscine avec des hot dogs, burgers, frites etc. en boissons en all inclusive au bar de la piscine et de l'hotel tout se que vous voulez a partir de 10h. Le bar dans le hall est ouvert jusqu'au minuit, avec les boissons alcolisés ou pas, les cocktails, biere, softs, thé cafe etc. La piscine est tres bien, beaucoup de transats avec des parasols. L'animation meme en avril, les jeux sportifs au matin, au soir un bingo et de la muisique (soit en live, soit un karaoke). Club enfants aussi. Le personnel parle francais pour la plupart. Parmis les vacanciers Beaucoup des anglais et des fransais. L'hotel est situé a 5-7 min de la plage et de la zone animée, avec des bars, boutiques etc. Le bus vers Palma (20-25 min pour arriver dans le centre) ou l'aeroport (30-40 min de route) est juste devant la plage aussi. Plusieures plages tres belles, ave des transats payants si on veut. On a passé une tres belle semaine.

Hotel est situé un peu a la hauteur avec des marches a monter pour y arriver, ce qui peut etre derangeant pour les personnes agées ou des poussettes. Un autre points, les ascenseurs. il y en a 3 mais assez petits, pour 4-5 personnes donc parfois de l'attente pour les prendre. Apres on est en vacances donc ca va.

We are 3 women all above the age of 50 the only thing really to complain of is there new token system you get given 2 tokens on arrival and these are to get drinks every time you go up for a drink you hand over a token, to refill your drip you simply bring your cup back or get your token so you 2 again, hope this makes sense. But the all inclusive drink menu is very poor if you want a brand beer or cider you have to pay. One by one we go to the bar and order 3 drinks but we were told you can only get a maximum of 2 at a time so now so 2 of us needs to go to the bar to order 3 drinks, that is ridiculous!! We will not come back here my friend ordered a majito and it was like lime and water we went and had it changed and it worse very shocking.

The aircon wasn't on. Staff said it wasn't hot enough for the aircon to be on. It was boiling and uncomfortable to sleep.
