Muy buena ubicación. Cerca de todo. Todo el personal muy amable. Buenisimo que tengan maquina de cafe en el hall de abajo, con lugares con sillones cómodos para tomarnos un cafesito en cualquier momento del día. Sin ninguna duda volveria.

A localização é excelente, próxima da Gran Via e da estação de metrô Plaza de España. Funcionários muito gentis e educados. Café da manhã ok. Banheiro limpo e bem equipado. Cama grande e confortável.

O café da manhã havia pouca variedade. O hotel fica na rua atrás de outro hotel (Plaza España), onde estacionam vans e carros na madrugada toda, com pessoas conversando e fazendo barulho. Embora não seja culpa do hotel, acaba prejudicando o descanso.
