Location was the only good thing.

Let’s start off by saying I have no clue how this is rated 7.9. It is FAR from that standard. I do not usually ever write these reviews but this one is so deserved. The room was very dirty, there was hair underneath the sheets EVERYWHERE, blood stains, and even insects crawling out from the bed at night. I wish I was joking but unfortunately I am not. See the photos! I can confirm that I wasn’t the only one having this same issue as I heard one neighbour from my room calling reception to inspect the room and another as I walked by reception. I am not sure what “cleaning” they are doing. To top it all off they couldn’t move me to another room and the hotel refused to reach an agreement with booking.com after I complained! But hey at least I got a $10 refund! Finally, shower head was broken and the breakfast was literally just stale croissants and warm juice, and they advertise it on their website as “Pastries, eggs, yogurts, fruits, cakes and many other products will enhance your tray” It’s quite honestly a joke. Do yourself a favour and do not stay here, even if it’s a cheaper alternative. You’ll end up frustrated and spending unnecessary amounts of time trying to get basic issues fixed.

Abbiamo prenotato questa struttura tramite Booking, ma l'esperienza è stata talmente negativa da costringerci a chiedere il rimborso e cambiare hotel il giorno stesso dell'arrivo. Ecco i motivi della nostra fortissima insoddisfazione: Ritardo e bugie dello staff: Il check-in era previsto per le 15:00. Al nostro arrivo la stanza non era pronta. Lo staff ci ha mentito dicendo che le pulizie erano già in corso, quando in realtà sono iniziate solo alle 15:10 (situazione documentata da noi con dei video che testimoniano gli orari reali). La camera ci è stata consegnata alle 15:40. Trenta minuti sono insufficienti per garantire una pulizia igienica. Aria condizionata guasta: Appena entrati in camera l'aria condizionata non funzionava. La direzione era palesemente già a conoscenza del guasto, ma ha fatto finta di nulla. Solo dopo le nostre insistenze hanno chiamato un tecnico, il quale ha rifiutato di intervenire perché era sabato (in stanza c'erano 29 gradi... da star male!) Mancanza di assistenza e professionalità: Di fronte ai disservizi, la signora alla reception si è dimostrata totalmente immobile e non professionale. Continuava a ripetere che non poteva fare assolutamente nulla e che dovevamo tenerci la stanza così com'era, senza proporre alcuna soluzione. Posizione e sicurezza: L'hotel si trova in un angolo mal frequentato. La nostra camera era al piano terra e non abbiamo mai potuto aprire la finestra a causa della presenza costante di un clochard proprio sotto l'infisso. Gestione del cliente: Abbiamo dovuto protestare animatamente per oltre mezz'ora prima che la struttura decidesse finalmente di annullare la prenotazione e restituirci i soldi. Struttura assolutamente sconsigliata. Mancanza totale di professionalità, onestà e comfort.
