Hotel Carolina

Il giorno prima del mio arrivo mi hanno invitato una mail in cui,se non comunicavo l'orario di arrivo, avrebbero cancellato la prenotazione,cosa mai avvenuta! Sul sito c'è scritto che il check in è dalle 14,sono arrivata poco dopo ma non c'era nessuno in reception. C'era una gentile signora delle pulizie che mi ha aiutata con le chiavi,non erano quelle della mia camera! La mia camera era al terzo piano.. ascensore guasto! La moquette delle scale era sporca! Un solo asciugamano a persona.Cosa peggiore...sul sito c'è scritto che dispongono del parcheggio... assolutamente no! Ci sono quelli a pagamento. La ragazza della reception non si è neanche preoccupata di chiedere se fosse andato tutto bene. L'unica nota positiva è la posizione,anche se di notte c'è musica alta fino a tardi!

Carolyn was great! We had to do a late check in and she made sure we were able to access the room. Room was nice, Free good coffee and in the middle of the action in town. I will stay there again.

Accueil chaleureux, n’hésitez pas y aller. Café offert tous les jours. Hôtel confortable , à 5mn de la gare, 10mn de la plage.

Emplacement pratique, hôtesse très gentille qui a tout fait pour que les vacanciers se sentent à l'aise. La chambre est petite, mais elle dispose d'un réfrigérateur et de l'air conditionné. Matelas très confortables et moelleux. Il y a de l'eau, du café, du thé et des friandises. Je reviendrai volontiers.

Vi hadde 4 netter her, og trivdes veldig. Sett bort i fra en vannlekasje som gjorde at vi ikke fikk dusjet og brukt toalettet på noen timer. Men ellers var oppholdet bra og de ansatte hyggelige og imøtekommende. Kjekt at hotellet er nærme togstasjon.

Fantastic location, meters away from restaurants and shops, few blocks from beach. Parking closeby at train station. Easy check-in. Highly recommended

Good location. Basic room with AC and was good and in good shape. Only drawback was that the elevator was out so we had to climb 3 flights each time to get our room (including when lugging luggage).

Hôtel très bien placé au centre de Cannes. Accueil et gentillesse sont au rendez, merci à Carolina pour sa disponibilité et sa bienveillance. Je recommande cet Hôtel et nous reviendrons ! Un grand MERCIIII
