Overall, this is a lovely place to stay—a villa with a pool that has been converted into a small hotel. It offers private parking, which is a great bonus if you're traveling by car. The garden is beautifully maintained, and the breakfast area is very inviting. The staff is incredibly friendly and caring, making you feel right at home. If you're looking for a "home stay-like" accommodation far from touristy areas, this is a perfect choice. We stayed in a room with a private garden, which our children absolutely loved. There was even a cute rabbit and a turtle that added a special charm to our stay. The unit we stayed in had two very spacious rooms, complete with tea and coffee-making facilities and a mini fridge. All in all, it's a peaceful, family-friendly retreat that's well taken care of.

While this villa offers a peaceful, home-like atmosphere with friendly staff, it wasn’t the best choice for us, especially considering we were traveling with children and had a car. The property is located in a residential area, quite far from the nicer areas with restaurants and shops. Even buying something as simple as water required a 15-20 minute walk to the nearest shop. For exploring Antibes or enjoying the local dining and nightlife, you’re looking at either a 30-minute walk or the need to take a taxi. Another significant inconvenience was the private parking, which is locked after 10 or 11 pm. Given the remote location of the villa, this was problematic for us. We often returned later in the evening, and with sleeping children in the car, it was uncomfortable to have to park elsewhere. Although the hotel does inform guests of the parking hours, it wasn’t ideal for us, especially with the need to leave the property for dinner, as the hotel doesn’t offer any evening dining options. Reaching restaurants required either driving or taking a taxi, which made our stay less convenient. The room we stayed in was described as having a private garden, but there was another house on the property, and its tenants had access to the garden and parked their car there. One night, we were even woken up by the headlights from a car being parked in what was supposed to be our "private garden." The rooms themselves could use some refurbishment. The bathroom door was an odd fit, resembling an old wardrobe door, and the carpeting looked and smelled old, forcing us to air out the room. The overall decor had a flea market feel, which might appeal to some but wasn’t to our taste. In summary, while the villa offers tranquility and friendly service, the remote location and various inconveniences made it less suitable for our family trip.

The triple room was very small. Also we couldn’t drive in after 10pm and as we were out for a wedding on 2 nights, it was inconvenient
