Hotel des Mimosas

Es la segunda vez que voy. Me gusta mucho este hotel. Ubicación, entorno y una pileta muy linda.

We were given an unclean room with bugs that did not resemble any of the pictures on the hotel website. The window in the room was a shared window with the hotel kitchen. After we complained, they rudely offered us another room that looked the same and at an additional cost. We asked to speak to a manager who did not show up. We had to leave and look for another hotel. We asked for a full refund and were only given a refund for just one night.

Good location, very quiet. Pool was lovely and very relaxing. Lots of parking available. Felt very secure.

Breakfast was quite expensive for what it was. It’s a little run down (carpets need replacing). But if you look past that it really is a lovely old building with lots of character.

Lovely staff. Excellent breakfast. Amazing pool and tropical gardens!

Needed twin room at same price as double. Difficult sharing double bed with daughter!

Pool and outside area were amazing! Room was always clean and cleaning lady was always very nice, despite the refurbishment was long time ago

It was written in our room description that we will have a longer bed more than 2m, that is why we took a better room. Unfortunately, it was very short for height 180-190 cm legs were in the air. And the staff was not very pleasant, they did not want to solve this problem anyhow and just said that they have such beds in France... The cost of breakfast was 15 euro (just coffee, jams, breads) if you want to have a boiled egg or some ham, you need to pay extra, so we took the breakfast only once, because it is overpriced for this.

The Hotel was set in pretty grounds which were very well maintained. We received a warm welcome and were given helpful and useful local information by the Receptionist. All of the staff were very helpful and friendly. The Hotel Pool Area was very well maintained and perfect for reading a book and relaxing with a small outdoor bar too. We would recommend this Hotel and would use it again
