Hôtel Eden - La Baigneuse

Everything! Nice view, great location, cold room, and lovely owner and staff. I wish I has stayed here the whole time. Close to the only sandy beach in the peninsula.

Just be aware that the shower basin is small, but since I am 165 cm, not a problem for me.

Amazing hosts, great breakfast and wonderful location.

Where do I even start?! Well, this place is 3 mins from the train station. It has air conditioning. The staff are fantastic. For €12 you can have a French breakfast with all sorts of bread, eggs, cheese, meat etc. They have mats, umbrellas, and towels to borrow. It’s so close to the beach. Juan Les Pins is a quieter and smaller town than Antibes. Loved the location. You have a TV as well, the only downside was that the volume couldn’t go high on the TV. It was a quiet hotel and super affordable. Great stay and would highly recommend!

Beautiful old building full of character. Johann the owner is exceptionally welcoming and helpful. The rooms are well laid out, all you want is provided, beds v comfortable. Sea views add enormously. The outside terrace where breakfast is served is so pretty & the fare is really good. The location of Hotel Eden is perfect with everything one wants on the doorstep incl the azure Med sea within 3 mins walk.

Only the small bathroom but understandable in the beautiful old building.

The staff: They are very positive, and very helpful. They offered us free coffee in the terrace even though we didn't buy the breakfast. Also, the manager offered us beach towels whenever she sees us going for a swim. The room: The room was very clean. They change towels everyday and tidy up the room. It was also nicely decorated. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom is kinda small but it was not a big deal for us. The sea view was great, I wish we came before the construction started, it would reach its full potential without it :) It was calm and quiet in general. The location: I think the location is great, very convenient. The bus and train station are close by. The beach is very close. The beach is very beautiful in the morning, very few people and the sea is calm and clear. It can be very noisy and crowded later in the day so I suggest choosing an early time. The cat: 10/10. He is very friendly, he most of the time sleeps under the sun, and likes to wander around but he lets people pet him quite often.

Great for our 3 day trip

Excellent location. 2 min walk to beach. I also liked the shutters of the windows, making the room totalt dark. Free beach towels.
