hélas un chantier pas beau dans la rue tout près, mais l’établissement n’y est pour rien

"Hotel Eden La Baigneuse is a pearl!"

Excellent hotel in so many ways. Located 5 minutes walk to very nice, sandy beaches. Local bus stop 100 meter from hotel and less than 10 minutes walk to railway station. We were very satisfied with our room located one stair up at reception level, with a nice sea view There is no lift. Our room and bathroom was clean and cozy and tended by staff every day. The atmosphere is warm with very helpful and friendly staff. Reception is manned all day, with a night watch present if help is needed. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast every day, on the nice terrace. We can fully recommend this hotel and will stay here on our next trip to Juan-les-Pins.
