OK hotell sentralt i Juan Le Pins. Litt rot med rom og bestilling. Dårlig renhold. Bodde der en uke, og hadde renhold siste ettermiddagen. Men alt i alt Vaule for Money.
酒店的老板非常的热情，但是酒店不提供早餐是个遗憾。另外酒店空调不是特别有效。
Etablissement calme dans un quartier résidentiel proche du centre ville, facilité de stationnement, accueil très sympathique par des frères... jumeaux!
Room is outside the hotel itself. No phone inside Cleaning the first day only. Had tu request additional towel (only one) No WiFi during 2 days over 4 ttl No TV network Owners or managers reachable on mobile only is quite helpful but difficult to understand how such a place can deserve 3 stars ??
Nice enough rooms for a cheap stay on Juan les Pins. Good location- main beach, shops and restaurants about 4 mins walk away. But need to plan ahead to actually get a space on the beach - it’s all private and gets packed in August!
Struttura al limite del fatiscente, pulizia inesistente, ci ha accompagnato un costante odore di muffa durante tutto il soggiorno. “Monolocale” (tra molte virgolette) arrangiato alla buona con un bagno che sarebbe da demolire. La gestione è anch’essa al limite, per esempio il check-out non è possibile farlo prima delle 11 (di solito il check-out è “entro” le 11 e non “dopo” le 11 e arrangiati), non ci hanno chiesto i documenti e non ci hanno dato una ricevuta di nessun tipo sul soggiorno. Unica nota positiva è la vicinanza con la “movida” di Juan Le Pins e il prezzo che risulta di molto inferiore rispetto la media della zona (anche se è giustificato dallo stato della struttura). In generale, struttura che non consiglio a nessuno, piuttosto trovate qualcosa verso l’entroterra.

Really enjoyed our stay. Great hosts and the hotel was modern, clean and the room well equipped. Would highly recommend and would not hesitate to stay here again if we are in the area.
