Convenient walk from the rail station. Friendly, helpful staff. Wonderful room with everything we needed. Loved to have stayed longer. Early check out and staff made sure we were picked up by taxi before relocking the door. Made us feel safe and cared for.

Other than the best location in town. The housekeeping team were remarkable. The rooms were spotless and linen smelt so fresh and the beds were very comfortable. One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in Europe. The staff were very friendly and so welcoming. Our room service breakfast was so delicious and delivered right on time. The front desk and concierge were so accommodating and allowed us to check in early at no costs. Thank you very much! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I booked two rooms and everything about this hotel is just perfect. However, I want to make special mention to the housekeeping team. The rooms were so clean, the linen smells so nice and fresh and the breakfast room service was fantastic idea.

اقمت فيه ليله وحده فقط ، قرب المكان من السنتر بل هو بالسنتر وعلى بعد مسافة مشي الى شارع بنهوف 3 ، 4 دقايق .. المطاعم والكافيهات حوالينه ، الطاقم و الاستقبال ودودين ومحترمين جدا ساعدونا بنقل الاغراض من السياره الى الغرفه ومن الغرفه الى السياره .. الافطار محدود جداً جداً لنا كمسلمين او عرب مافيه خيارات كثيره للاكل صراحه لكن جميل والمكان جميل .. يعيبه البوابه ماهي واضحه وتلخبطت بين البوابه حقت الفندق وبوابة مكان الموتمرات الخاصه بالفندق اعتقد ، اضرطيت اخط 3 لفات حول الفندق بالسياره لين وصلت لن ،، كما يعيبه مافيه مواقف الا بحجز مسبق ورسوم 39 فرنك لليوم الواحد ويعتبر غالي جداً .. السعر عالي جداً واعتقد فيه خيارات اخرى اقل منه لكني فضلت اكون قريب من السنتر وفعلا كان قريب من السنتر و البحيره تبعد 15 دقيقه مشي عن الفندق .. اكرر الزياره نعم لكن ممكن ابحث عن مكان ارخص ..

البوابه غير واضحه المواقف برسوم 39 فرنك لليوم ( غالي ) السعر مرتفع
