Location

Noise. It could be so easily rectified in the rooms facing the main road. Double glazing does not work. Changed rooms three times. It was a challenge to get in & out of the shower in my last room. The toilet & the shower base were built next to each other. If I had not been careful I would have broken a bone. Or my head. It is dangerous beyond description. Attitude of the staff was less than hospitable. Barbara, nor Michael (patronising & dismissive) should be working in hospitality. The gentleman on reception (I did not get his name) whom I spoke to in the evening due to the noise of the guest opposite me, hung up the phone whilst I was still talking. He simply did not care. He was uninterested. No consistent water temperature when in the shower; in all three rooms. The water scolded me. Then when I adjusted the temperature (by turning the tap) freezing cold water came out of the shower head.
