Lovely hotel very clean. The staff were so helpful and pleasantly smiling most of the time. Nothing too much trouble. Breakfast is superb with a huge variety of food and local specialities to try. The bedrooms have lovely decor superb beds and pillows. Very comfortable indeed. Good night sleep on these. Very quiet hotel so good for sleeping at night. Good shower. It was my partner's birthday whilst we were there. And Alfonso the night receptionist gave her a bottle of local liqueur as a gift and a card which I thought was lovely. And a special thank you to Matilda the receptionist who sent my passport and bag to the airport quickly when I requested it. Thank you so much Matilda for doing this. You are brilliant and I'm forever grateful 🙏😊 A lovely hotel in a lovely location.

Bad noise isolation, hard to sleep.

The location of the hotel was good. The staff were lovely to deal with as well. The food was mediocre and thats where the nice things end.

However the facilities is where we got let down For the price we paid, accomodation was pretty basic and basic room facilities. Their big selling point is having spa facilities but these were pretty much non existent and in need of a serious upgrade. The sauna was pretty in shambles and didn't even heat up in the slightest. We raised this with staff members but nothing was done whilst on our stay of several days. There was a clear division between your average low paying customers and your premium paying customer in the level of service being offered. I'd mentioned the fact we were there to celebrate a special occasion but nothing was offered or even mentioned. So don't think I'll be staying with these folks again. I've seen much nicer and better accomodation facilities in the same area and more likely to go there. The beds themselves were rock hard and were roll away beds instead of proper bed stands.

Loved the Apartment rooms, very spacious and with a small kitchenette was very helpful with the baby, Bar setup is really great at the hotel. Excellent location. Just get down and supermarkets, restaurants and beaches are at walkable distance. The hotel staff were very friendly. They were so nice to our baby and really made her so comfortable throughout the stay.

The Indoor pool was not heated. As we were with a baby of 11 months we expected the pool to be heated. Our baby was a bit uncomfortable initially with the water temperature but later she got accustomed to it and enjoyed as well.

Das Apartment war sehr altmodisch eingerichtet. Es liegt genau gegenüber von einer Bar, die sogar in der Nebensaison jede Nacht laut Party macht. Mit kleinen Kindern wirklich katastrophal.
