Excellent position on the prom in front of a free beach and pssible to take deck chair there. It was an easy walk everywhere and bus and tram stops very convenient.

The semi basement was fine but it couldn't heat a room.with a view.

The hotel and location were ideal. The welcoming and helpful owners and staff made this stay exceptional in so many ways, right on the Promenade! The beautiful breakfast on the balcony — facing the Med and the gentle morning sun and breeze — was the best start of any day!

We stayed at Hotel Flots d’Azur for two nights at the end of our holiday in the region and really enjoyed our time here. We chose the hotel for its great location within walking distance of Nice Old Town and easy access to transport links to the airport, and it couldn’t have been more convenient. It’s a small, charming hotel with only a limited number of rooms, which makes it feel peaceful and personal. Staff were excellent. We booked one of the rooms facing the Promenade and absolutely loved the beautiful sea view. The room and bathroom were spotless, and the double glazing was excellent, keeping out the road noise completely. We didn’t try the hotel breakfast as there are plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby, but overall we had a great stay and would definitely return.

Fantastic location in the heart of Nice!

The room was quite small and got pretty hot (even in October) and there was no option to control air in the room. While cleaning the cleaning lady forgot some things to our room :)

Great location

The only downside was there was no tea or coffee in the room, but they was happy to make us a coffee.!

Locatie excellent.Geen ontbijt genomen. Goede bakkers in de buurt. Super dat we later mochten uitchecken.

Geen mogelijkheid voor een glaasje wijn op ons balkon. Wel een koelkast, geen glazen. Misschien hadden we dat moeten vragen.
