The location was very convenient, within easy walking distance of the old town. The staff were kind and helpful, and the shared areas were kept clean.

The mattress was old and uncomfortable, and our towels were not replaced for several days. More seriously, we found bed bugs in the room; we were moved to another room, but the problem appeared to be present there as well.
