Het park is zeer kindvriendelijk

Het buffet werd te vroeg opgeruimd. Het zwembad was met 33/34 graden maar geopend tot 18.00 uur dat vonden wij erg vroeg met deze tempraturen

Clean, friendly staff are amazing especially Juan and Daniel on the bar staff team. Always welcoming and friendly

The only down side this year was the snack bar by the pool wasn’t included in the all inclusive (food wise) and nobody told us until we actually ordered food, as the menu there was better than the new snack van! In previous years it had always been included in the all inclusive so that disappointed us, also we emailed regarding a late check out prior to our arrival and got told it was possible to then on the day of asking told no allocation could be met this was our 4th consecutive stay so again a little disappointing that they couldn’t allow us to keep our room for a few more hours when there would of been late arrivals

Unser Zimmer hat uns sehr gut gefallen, das Essen war gut. Das Personal ohne Ausnahme super freundlich. Am Relaxpool waren viele Kinder, uns hat es nicht gestört, denke aber einige Gäste schon. Den Kinderbereich haben wir uns angesehen und fanden ihn auch wirklich sehr schön, haben da aber nicht so viel mitbekommen. Denke da war schon immer was los.

Wir können die schlechten Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen.
