Superb hotel, very good food with large variety, many pools and different zones for relax/enternainment, nice food trucks, very polite and friendly staff, great entertainment team! All inclusive drinks perfect, available to select all good import drinks, not a cheap local ones as usually. We stayed in renovated room, so it was perfect, all new, clean and cosy. Family hotel with a lot of children.

Everything was perfect, just A/C in the room could be better, it was more like a fan, not actual cold. For us it was still good as at night temperature was not high, so we just opened windows. But during hot nights it could be too warm to rest in the room.

Gostei muito do café da manhã e dos funcionários. Super atenciosos! A limpeza também estava nota 10.

A única forma de desligar o ar condicionado era abrindo as janelas. Seria bom se tivesse um botão para aumentarmos a temperatura ou simplesmente desliga-lo. Os hóspedes do hotel é um público mais velho ou famílias, o que para nós não foi um problema. Mas se você está procurando algo mais agitado ou para jovens, acredito que este hotel não seria ideal.

Breakfast good. Adult only pools brilliant. Warm pools. Reception staff very friendly and helpful.

Shower much too high. An adjustable one would be better.

Sehr gutes Buffet sowohl Frühstück als auch Abendessen! Sehr freundliches Personal! Ebenso im Minuclub! Auch dort das Animationspersonal super!

Kaum erwähnenswerte Kleinigkeiten: Die golden Zimmer sind mit zwei Kindern doch etwas klein. Handtücher für den Pool kosten 1€ pro Wechsel. Ist ok, aber doch eher etwas unüblich.
