Rooms need a refurb

The staff were very helpful and friendly especially the reception staff that helped me when my phone charger stopped working - this act of kindness was the highlight of my stay. I also needed a doctor while I was there and this was very easy to source from the info in the hotel

Clientele was a bit old. Kettle and Cuban the room but no coffee. No water station to refill water bottles.

Die Lage des Hotels ist Top. Das Hotel selber ist schon in die Jahre gekommen, nicht desto trotz, es war alles sauber, das Personal sehr freundlich und behilflich.

Das Essen war nicht immer auf unserer Geschmack, oft nicht optimal gewürzt und auch kalt. Aber bei so vielen Menschen ist Buffet-Essen oft so . Die Zimmer sind ziemlich hellhörig und das Hotel selber ist zu groß ( da hätte ich bei der Buchung besser aufpassen sollen). Für die Hotelgröße ist das Grundstück viel zu klein.
