Lokalizacja rewelacja, możliwość zostawienia bagażu przed zameldowaniem i po wymeldowaniu. Bardzo pomocna i miła obsługa hotelu. Gdy poprosiliśmy o żelazko dostaliśmy na cały pobyt.

Tak naprawdę to takie małe detale. Brakowało wieszaka by powiesić kurtkę czy marynarkę. W szafie były tylko dwa wieszaki - więc albo kurtka/marynarka albo koszula. Dla nas to niedogodność, bo prawie wszystko mamy do powiedzenia. Brakowało w łazience jakieś półki na kosmetyki - trzymaliśmy je na podłodze, podobnie pod prysznicem.

Nous avons eu un accueil très chaleureux, Laura et Samantha ont été très à l'écoute et amicales. Idéalement placé au cœur du centre historique. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. Merci 🤩

Location was really good, close to many restaurants, the tower of Pisa and the botanical gardens.

The location is perfect for visiting Piazza dei Miracoli and the Torre, just few minutes walking. The hotel is in a street with many services (bars, restaurants, ATM, markets).

The day before my booking, I received a call from the hotel owner. He told me that the hotel was overbooked and asked me for cancelling my reservation, although it was confirmed and already paid. I was quite surprised and asked for being notified via Booking.com. I then called Booking.com call center, which contacted the hotel immediately and then confirmed the reservation. I found the situation quite unpleasant and unprofessional. The location can be quite noisy, given the central position. The breakfast is pretty basic and it took a while for being served, since the staff member was busy at the reception at the same time.
