"no AC stay away in summer"

close to the center and was very clean

35 degree weather and no AC in the rooms, my friend who had a back problem was told that she is given a room with 10 stairs to reach to - she had a luggage and she is simply not allowed to do any heavy lifting due to a tear in her back. When we explained the situation to the front desk we were greeted with an unpleasant look and said they can only change one room if there is availability. No flexibility, no support, nothing. I didnt even use the breakfast because I was so pissed. The room in the morning was 32 degrees.

"Cozy and comfortable"

I loved how close it was to the city center and the train station. Also feeling very safe in the neighborhood was a plus. The room was very clean and well-kept. Small, but since I was traveling alone, it felt very cozy.

There wasn't any hand soap to wash my hands with, so I had to use the shower/bathtub's body soap. Small detail though. I'm pretty sure if this happens to anyone else and bring that up, they will definitely take care of it.
