Pour mon premier voyage à Palma De Mallorca, j'ai eu une vue splendide grâce à l'hôtel HM Gran Fiesta, j'ai bien aimé mon séjour ! Merci. L'éclairage de la chambre était top top top. Globalement la chambre était plutôt propre. L'équipe était chaleureuse et respectueuse. L'hôtel est magnifique avec aussi une sobriété, et entendre ce bruit en fond de la mer 🙂

Cependant, j'ai eu froid durant mes deux nuits j'ai oublié de régler la température de la chambre etc et dans l'armoire il y avait un sac, je sais pas si c'était une couette ou pas mais je pense que le seul drap simple pour dormir n'est pas suffisant. Pour le premier petit déjeuner que j'ai pris, certaines choses étaient trop grasses et manquaient de saveurs, pour les boissons chaudes la température des machines était tout juste chaude à tiède et soit il manquait du lait soit du café et je n'ai pas trouvé de beurre ! L'hôtel est non fumeur mais j'ai eu des voisins qui fumaient donc sympa quelques courants d'air d'odeurs. Ces points négatifs c'est dommage, mais cette expérience reste positive pour moi.

La posizione molto centrale e nonostante questo molto tranquillo. La cordialità e accoglienza dello staff .
