La gentillesse du personnel

Pas une chambre c était un placard !! Toilette limite inaccessible !! Pas d isolation phonique 130 euros la nuit avec petit déjeuner c est scandaleux Je voudrais bien savoir qui donne les avis sur booking !!

Le personnel est hyper agréable. La localisation est top / L'hôtel estidealement situé pour tout faire à pied. .

L'hôtel n'est pas climatisé. Nous étions en pleine période de canicule (43 degré). Il faisait quasiment la même température dans la chambre. Il y a quand même un gros ventilo au plafond et le personnel nous a ajouté un autre ventilo mais cela brasse uniquement l'air chaud.

"Príjemný hotel v centre, ale nie pre ľudí s obmedzeným pohybom."

Hotel je v centre a má skvelu polohu. Na izbe je aj týchlovarnú knavicu a čaj a šálky. Je to v starej budove, takže sú to také menšie izby. Zariadenie je celkom účelné. Personál bol priateľský, dokonca aj keď večer keď sme prišli bol recepčný, ktorý nehovoril anglicky, ale dohodli sme sa.

V izbách nie je klimatizácia, takže sme mali otvorené okno, ale to znamenalo hluk z ulice. Mali sme izbu do ulice. Vizbe je stropný ventilátor, ale zdal sa zaprášený, tak sme ho radšej nepúšťali. Mino leto to ale môže byť príjemné ubytovanie.

"Exceptional"

L’emplacement de l’hôtel est très pratique : il se trouve en plein centre de Bordeaux. En plus, le personnel est très aimable et il est possible d’y laisser ses bagages pendant quelques heures après le check-out. Je le recommande vivement !

"Hope the weather isn't hot"

The staff are brilliant both before and during our stay. The organised reserved parking so we just drove in without the need for a ticket as our car registration plate was recognised. Helpful on where to go.

Unfortunately it was a heat wave ie 42 degrees 😫. There was only a fan in the twin room. There were only herbal teas in the room. No coffee or black tea.
