"Très beau séjour ville magnifique et hôtel très sympa"

Très bien Très beau choix pour tout les goûts

L ascenseur ne va pas jusqu'à 4ème étage il va jusqu'au 3ème étage avec les valises c est pas confortable

Reception staff not helpful, "courtyard view" was a brick wall of the next building. As a person of reduced mobility, I coukd have parked in front of the hotel to unload, but wasn't told this

"Emplacement idéal pour un hôtel sans prétention et adapté pour des visites de la ville"

Hôtel agréable idéalement situé au cœur de Bordeaux. La chambre était petite mais confortable et calme car donnant sur la cour. L’accueil est vraiment au top et le réceptionniste est la pour répondre à toutes vos questions. Il y a des plans de la ville et vous pouvez même acheter des tickets de tram!

Great staff. Absolutely central. Clean

Moquette in the rooms.. I read many negative comments about it, but moquette is stll there. No elevator. My room was the worst(according to what a staff member told me) :very dark, as very small, even if it was a double. And no insonorization at all. I asked for a court view, but did not expext that.. Sorry about that. Staff is too good, and i am sorry to complain. The thing is:u cannot pay 120 euros for this kind of room. Noone would complain if the price was cheaper
