Le Provençal

The area is really only good if you want to be near the convention centre. There's a bunch of hotels out this way that presumably exist solely for the convention centre. The area is not picturesque by any means. Having said that - if you want to be in this area, this is a good little hotel. Not luxurious but the rooms are comfortable. it's nice and quiet and dark at night if you close the blinds. I slept well here, despite my room being near the kitchen. If you're a light sleeper like me then I can recommend it. The staff are extremely helpful. Everyone I spoke to spoke English (some really well, others just enough). Only complaint is there is no fridge in the hotel room.

Hotel Le Provencal offered a delightful stay. The cozy ambiance, impeccable service by Jade at the reception, and delicious breakfast made it truly memorable. The rooms, decorated in a way that made me feel at home, added to the charm. Highly recommended for an authentic experience.

Arrivée prévue en général à 15heures, ca commence mal chambre pas finis de nettoyée j'ai attendu au moins 20 minutes pour récupérer ma chambre. La salle de bain baignoire trop petite pas prévue pour adulte. Le coté positif bonne literie et chambre confortable.

This hotel was one of a kind. We had a great vacation. From the reception, to the comfortable rooms, to the restaurant! Everything was perfect. Splendid receptionists! The room was renovated, clean, fresh, and the bed was phenomenal. The restaurant was open and had great food! We ordered the chef’s famous burger which was delicious, and the entrecôte which was tender and nicely cooked. This hotel deserves the hype. 10/10 !

Excellent value for money. Rooms were recently renovated with solid air conditioning, bathroom was superbly furnished. Very polite and helpful staff. 25 mins to city centre from tram stop right outside the hotel. You will not get more for your money than this place, 100% recommend.

OK, first of all this was a really nice hotel in a great location. The hotel was a 2 min walk from the tram line which allowed east access to town. There was air con (so good) and the room was a really good size. Friendly staff and a good bar/restaurant/outdoor area. The only thing letting it down was a blocked shower that caused a bit of flooding in the bathroom. Other than that it was really good and we wished we stayed another night
